If you are using Internet Explorer (not XP), you will see two choices to download. Please select the first choice ("Run this file from its current location"). If you are using XP, Vista or Internet Explorer Ver. 6 or later, then click on the "Open" or "Run" button. This selection will download the file and start the installation automatically.  The other choices will only download the program.
